From day one, USA Campervan has kept our renters in mind. Setting up systems and helping our van owners know the best way to keep their vans safe for you and them. Covid-19 might be a new pandemic we are now facing, but we have been diligent in our cleaning guidelines before all of this and we will continue to be long after!
HOW USA CAMPERVAN VEHICLES ARE CLEANED
Our community of camper van owners is dedicated to providing clean and reliable vehicles for you and your family, friends and pets. Our owners meet our high standards of safety and cleanliness, which includes cleaning their vehicles with disinfectant and antibacterial/antiviral cleaner before and after each rental to help prevent the spread of germs between travelers. We advise that they wipe down all hard surfaces with these cleaners, paying special attention to areas travelers touch often such as seats, steering wheels, tables, counters and door handles. Also, if they provide linens, they wash those between trips.
We are working with our camper van owners to take extra cleaning measures during this time, and we’re educating them around how to do this, following CDC guidelines and suggestions.

Because COVID-19 can live on certain surfaces for hours (sometimes days!), our owners make sure to clean and disinfect their camper vans frequently, with special attention paid between reservations. We know the importance of not spreading any type of virus or sickness, so cleaning is very important to all of our owners.
BEYOND CLEANING
Cleaning is the act of removing germs, dirt, and impurities. Disinfecting is when you use chemicals to kill germs. We lower the risk of a renter contracting the virus by cleaning first and then disinfecting your camper van rental.
