RATES
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
You pay 50% of the total rental fee at the time of booking and the remainder 30 days before the rental period begins. If you are booking fewer than 30 days ahead, the full rental fee is required.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
You will be charged a $1000 security deposit two days before your rental begins. This deposit will be released, less any damages or additional fees (fuel, mileage, etc) within a week of returning the van.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel the vehicle for a full refund, less a 5% service fee, up to 30 days prior to the rental. If you cancel fewer than 30 days prior to the rental you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations must be made via email.
We are unable to offer refunds for vans returned early. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation at our discretion if we feel that the rental would not be safe (an intoxicated renter, or a renter determined to drive into a hurricane). If we cancel the reservation you will receive a full refund.

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE
When in doubt, take the insurance. You’ll be covered, regardless of what life throws at you.
MILEAGE
Your campervan rental includes 125 miles per day. Additional miles are charged at 35¢ a mile. Any extra mileage charges are deducted from your security deposit at the end of the rental period.
ONE-WAY RENTALS
One-way rentals have a $250 fee at the time of booking.
CLEANING FEE
Cleaning fees are typically $125 per vehicle, but exact prices depend upon the vehicle. Check specific van pages for exact pricing.
24-HOUR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
Required with each reservation, $15 per day. If you have your own policy you will be all set. Just provide it at booking.
INSURANCE
Insurance coverage is required and includes comprehensive and collision coverage up to $125,000 as well as liability coverage of $1 million to you and the van owners. The cost is $31.95 per day.
FUEL
When you pick up your van it will have a full tank of gas. Please fill it up before you return it. Alternatively we can refuel it for you for $5 per gallon.
VAN RETURNS
All rentals are measured in 24-hour increments. This means that if you pick a van up at noon it must be returned by noon. Any extra time is $25 per hour. Additional fees are deducted from your security deposit, unless they were accounted for in the original booking.
EXTRAS
PET FEE - $125
If you have a pet, we have vans for you! Check individual van listings to find our pet-friendly options.
BOOSTER/CAR SEATS - $35
Most vans can accommodate booster seats or car seats. Let us know what you need and we’ll help find it.
TENT - $25
Kids want to sleep on their own? Rent a tent!
EXTRA SLEEPING BAG - $25
Someone want to rough it? Renting a tent and need extra bedding? We’ve got you covered.
EXTRA CAMP STOVE - $25
Cooking for a crowd? Rent an extra stove [what kind?] for more cooking capacity.
BIKE RACK - $45
Our vans typically accommodate 2×2 hitches. Drop us a line and we’ll confirm with your specific van.
AIRPORT PICK UP/DROP OFF
The idea behind our van rentals is that everything is ready for you–all you have to do is show up. Our van owners will pick you up and drop you off at the airport. Just let us know if you would like door-to-door service.
